1How do I register as a certified technician?
Complete your profile here in the contact form , we will connect with you for further assistance . Once reviewed, you’ll be notified of approval.
2Can I choose which jobs to accept?
Yes. You’re in control — accept or decline jobs and manage your availability on your terms. But your own Service level is at risk if you decline too many times, as the customers will be able to see your behaviour all the times
3How much can I earn through the platform?
You’ll set your own hourly rates. Servana will suggest a rate based on your experience and certifications, but you have full freedom. You’ll be able to manage your workload and earnings flexibly. Servana supports you in becoming a true independent entrepreneur. Throuhg the Certification program Servana will help you to increase your prices as long as you are gaining more competence
4Is there any cost to join as a technician?
Not for now, signing up is free, for the first 100 Technicians will sign and approved by Servana. Also founding members get the first year of subscription at no cost.
5How is my performance rated?
Customers rate you after each job. Positive reviews increase your visibility and trust within the network. Also your answering time, and precision on arriving on time to the jobs are measured and shared on your profile
